Lamellar’s LAMELLASOME™ technology has been shown to deliver functional nucleic acids to a range of cell types including macrophages, human pulmonary fibroblasts and human dendritic cells. Crucially, all transfected cells types demonstrate very high cell viability and maintenance of cell phenotype/ function.
